What are the advantages and disadvantages of a hot buffet

The advantage of food served at a hot buffet lies in its richness. Guests can have a smaller amount that will be enough to satisfy them. At the same time, it will impress with its beautiful appearance, distinct taste and aroma.

The disadvantage can be the heat treatment of most dishes, which cannot be served raw as in a cold buffet. Hot buffet dishes must be kept warm at all times and require a large number of warming devices and more staff to keep them from going cold.

What is a good place for a buffet

Your buffet should include great entertainment, a program and most importantly, a comfortable setting. Both indoor and outdoor venues are suitable for hosting. A warm buffet is suitable for weddings, receptions, corporate parties and events, birthday parties or garden parties.
