What makes a successful wedding is a beautiful, elegant setting, excellent food, helpful and friendly service, good organization and satisfied guests. When you add to that the beautiful weather, it's the perfect mark. For us, it all came together, the puzzle fit perfectly! We didn't want to travel anywhere after the ceremony, we wanted to bring our guests directly to the venue and so we definitely bet on Karlova Koruna Castle and your restaurant Zamecká terasa, which offers a beautiful stylish setting for a summer party like a wedding in June. Everyone was thrilled with the wedding, even in the following weeks during the honeymoon we received thank you texts about how wonderful the wedding was, some even called it the best wedding they had ever experienced. And of course, that's thanks to you. The wedding menu was delicious, as was the evening buffet, the service helpful and proactive and all in a beautiful setting of a party tent overlooking the castle park. However, because I know from my working life that people are moved more by negative feedback :), the only thing I would criticize you for: 1. waiting before entering the tent, 2. when the sweet was served, first coffee was served and then desserts (for coffee there should be desserts on the table) and there were not all kinds, but only the bought (after the call, however, immediately replenished), 3. Red horror (probably the heater ?) behind the newlyweds table, it spoiled the photos a bit, probably could have been placed elsewhere, 4. ran out of Aperol :) But these are just little things and comments of a perfectionist :). For me the worst thing was how quickly it went by. I would definitely recommend you to other newlyweds, it's a great place for a wedding.

My husband and I were very satisfied with your service. We enjoyed the food very much, which was important to us. Even good food makes a good wedding in our opinion. The staff was professional and there was no problem agreeing on anything so we were able to enjoy our wedding to the fullest.
