Dear Mr. Pošík, I finally found a moment of time to write to you. Thank you very much once again for making our big day truly the best day of our lives. Your service was absolutely professional and the food was perfect. Not only to the eye, but to the taste buds that went crazy. I understood why you are rightly called the "Mercedes of catering". Although I would have promoted you more to "Lamborghini among caterers" (the Mercedes is just not enough ;-)). If you are getting a car based on your nickname among clients, you should think about changing it :-) ;-) As for the reaction of the people to the wedding menu, the guests said things like: "The appetizer made me very hungry and made me want to eat more", "The candle was delicious, will you tell them the recipe?". "This is how I imagine a buffet.", or a professional in the industry said: "I've never seen a buffet like this before". So we enjoyed it the next day, finally :-D Thank you for everything, we are already considering using you for other occasions of celebration, but not for the wedding :-D If you want to transform this report into a publishable review, I will be happy to do it! If you want to post them, we're definitely up for it :-)
Wedding day with our catering
We arranged the entire wedding catering for the Majvelder couple at the Karlova Koruna Castle in Chlumec nad Cidlinou. They took the opportunity to arrange their entire wedding day in one place - ceremony, lunch, photo shoot, as well as evening entertainment, sweet bar and buffet right in the castle grounds. The ceremony took place in the beautiful marble hall, the photo shoot then inside the castle and in the adjacent castle gardens. Our professional service was available throughout and according to the feedback, the food was delicious .
