Zámecký catering provided us with complete catering including drinks and alcohol for our wedding in September 2019. After several attempts with other suppliers, I have to evaluate the cooperation from the first contact, through ongoing communication to the realization of the wedding very positively and recommend it to other fiancés. Honza Pošík is a pro. His most frequent phrase is: "it's not a problem". Which in this whole "wedding carousel" is very much appreciated. The communication was fast, to the point and he always kept everything he promised. Whatever questions I had during the preparations, he always answered very quickly. Anything I needed help with, he always accommodated. He also worked well with our coordinator. There are several packages on offer, anyone can choose according to preference. We chose the exclusive package which included everything including coffee, wine, shots, and mixed drinks. No gimmicks or surcharges. He pointed out all the extras (service, chef, heating, ribbons, running the bar after midnight, ...) when submitting the bid. Yes it was not low-cost, but the price was absolutely adequate for the service and scope provided (and having evaluated several bids for a wedding, "paying for bubbles in sparkling water" was taken as a normal thing by the vendors). Plus, the service at the bar was great. It came up that 2 of the wedding party had birthdays. They immediately busted out the birthday candles for me, and right out of the wedding party was a birthday party. They were quick to fill orders at the bar, even at an advanced hour. No one was strangling anything, quite the opposite. The next day they were still setting up leftover food to take away, we donated it to those in need, but I appreciated it. I would have been sorry if anything was thrown away. So thank you to the whole team for cooking for us and taking good care of us.
