Running a catering company is a big unknown and misconceived idea for many people. Providing catering services is definitely not just about preparing snacks.
Of course, I chose honesty and hoped that the Count would appreciate this noble virtue. With the same honesty, I turn to you. Individual approach is what characterizes our catering company. The provision of catering services certainly does not consist only in the preparation of refreshments. The organization of a social event requires the presence of experienced staff, each of these persons forming a tightly knit team - even a catering family. To ensure that everything goes well, I am always personally involved in the preparation of events. That is why we only take care of as many clients as we can handle without hiring external staff. The strength of our catering company comes from a family approach, not from the largest number of events during the year.
What does such a catering organization of an ordered event look like from my point of view? After sending an inquiry, we meet with the client several times. The basis of a successful event with professional catering is a good agreement. After planning and finalizing all the details, the ordering of the necessary raw materials, items, ingredients follows. I personally participate in the event from the first preparations to the actual course. In short, I am physically present until the very end, when I start cleaning the inventory, stacking it and weighing it. Behind all this is not only a lot of physical and mental effort, but also great joy. The joy of another successful event, the joy of a satisfied client, the joy of work, which despite its demanding nature pleases me and our entire catering team.

This important monument is one of the most significant buildings of Empire architecture in Bohemia.
